Paresh Pandya - Manager and Host
Paresh with his education in Bio Medical Engineering & an MBA degree, has been in sales & marketing field for over 26 years , working for multinationals in more than five continents.
He has switched into hospitality for two reasons,
- Getting tired of touring almost 20 days a month in Australia/Overseas.
- Passion for food and loves to meet new people.
Paresh still runs his own Medical Consultancy firm, Concept Health Australasia Pty Ltd.

According to Paresh, India Quay is just the pilot project; he has planned to offer more to Australian Food lovers in terms of Indian Cuisine.

Immediate projects he is working on,
- Rajasthani/Gujarati Thali Restaurant (authentic food which is never offered in Australia)
- Exotic Theme Park, an Indian Village( Typical Indian Village setting for the outdoor loving Aussies with fun/food/frolics of Indian Culture)
